Salt Lake City, UT.  Darcy Kruitbosch, President of the Utah Federation of Republican Women, announced today that the organization has joined with Republican women from other states in support of Carrie Prejean, the Miss USA contestant criticized by one of the pageant judges for her opinion opposing same-sex marriage. 

“This young woman’s free speech was mocked and censured because she supports the traditional family,“ President Kruitbosch said.  “This is a crucial discussion because Congress is now on the fast track to pass a bill that will censure every American’s right to speak out in favor of the traditional family.”
